Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Service panel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; the service continues until the end of the period. Renewal is automatic until cancelled.

Wallet Balance

Prepaid balance loaded to the wallet is deducted in proportion to usage (token consumption). Refunds of unused balance are subject to the conditions of [talep üzerine / politika X]; used amounts are not refunded.

Refund Method and Timeframe

Approved refunds are made to the payment method used (PayTR/card) within [a maximum of 14 days]. The refund amount is calculated after deducting any applied discounts/promotions. As the price is denominated in USD, refunds are also calculated in USD; for refunds made in TRY, the TCMB buying rate on the transaction date applies and any resulting exchange-rate difference is handled in accordance with legislation.

Erroneous/Duplicate Charges

In case of a duplicate charge or erroneous billing due to a technical error, a full refund is made after verification. Applications: [iletisim@alanadi.com].

Withdrawal Right Exception

For digital services performed instantly, the right of withdrawal may not apply (see the Distance Sales Agreement). This does not prevent the good-faith refund practices above.
