This policy explains how data is collected, used and protected within the scope of the Operayn Service. For the statutory notice on the processing of personal data, see the KVKK Information Notice.

Data We Collect

Account and organization information, invoice/payment metadata, usage/token counters, audit and log records, and the prompt/response content you submit to the Service.

Content and Model Usage

Prompt/response content is processed only to fulfil your request, for billing and to prevent abuse. When local embedding/reranking (bge-m3, reranker) is selected, content can be processed without leaving the host. When you select a foreign upstream model, content is transmitted to that provider; the provider's own policies apply.

Cookies

Essential cookies are used for session and security. Details: Cookie Policy.

Security

TLS encryption, authentication, rate limiting, SSRF protection, audit logging and super-admin 2FA are applied. Payment card data is not stored by the Service Provider (PayTR).

Third Parties

Payment (PayTR), the e-invoice integrator, hosting/infrastructure and the selected model providers. Each has purpose-limited access.
