Information provided before the contract is concluded, pursuant to Art. 5 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

• Seller: [Company Legal Name], [Address], [MERSIS/VKN], [Email], [Phone].
• Essential characteristics of the service: Operayn LLM gateway — a digital service billed by subscription and/or wallet, charged according to token usage.
• Total price: denominated in US Dollars (USD); shown in the panel according to the selected plan/usage, the total amount including all taxes is stated at the payment step. In addition to the USD amount, the invoice shows the TRY equivalent at the TCMB buying rate on the invoice date.
• Currency: the parties agree that the price is set and paid in foreign currency (USD) (foreign-currency contract). The VAT exemption applies to sales abroad.
• Payment and performance: payment via PayTR; immediate electronic performance after confirmation.
• Right of withdrawal: the right of withdrawal may not apply to digital services performed instantly (Reg. Art. 15/1-ğ) — details in the Distance Sales Agreement and the Refund Policy.
• Contract term/termination: subscriptions renew periodically; the user may cancel at any time.
