In previous units, we learned about AI in individual stages — planning, production, retouching, selection, expansion, archive, presentation, ethics. In this unit we will connect these parts into a single repeatable workflow. What separates a professional photographer from an amateur is not one beautiful shot; To offer consistent quality, predictable delivery time and a manageable process in every job. AI accelerates this flow; But to ensure that speed does not compromise quality, it is necessary to place an inspection gate at each stage. Automation gives speed, inspection maintains quality; Together, the two build a sustainable studio.

Let's think about the flow of a shot from start to finish in eight stages. At each stage, the AI's contribution and the photographer's point of control are clear:

  1. Planning (Unit 2): AI produces brief clarification, concept, moodboard, shot list. Control: you have the practicality and aesthetic direction.
  2. Shooting: Human work. AI is not at play here; This is where the square is truly born.

Three tools of consistency: preset, template, batch

  • Preset: A record of the color/light decision you made for a frame. It keeps your signature aesthetic consistent by applying it to all frames of the same shoot and similar work.
  • Template: A ready-made template of repetitive texts such as proposal, gallery text, contract clause, prompt skeleton. You don't write from scratch every time.
  • Batch: Applying the same setting to hundreds of frames at once. It reduces tasks such as retouching, exporting, resizing, adding watermarks to seconds.

Inspection gates: where to stop speeding
